By placing an order or booking a service through our website, you’re agreeing to everything below. Yes, it includes an arbitration clause (meaning no jury trials if there’s a dispute).

2. Booking + Order Acceptance

All orders and bookings are offers to purchase — and must be accepted by us. You’ll receive a confirmation email after we’ve reviewed and accepted your order. Until then, nothing’s guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline bookings for any reason.

3. Pricing + Payment

Prices listed on the site are current at the time of checkout but are subject to change. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. We’re not liable for typos or pricing errors and may cancel any order affected by such errors.

4. Shipping + Delivery (for physical items only)

Risk of loss passes to you when we hand things over to the shipping carrier. We aren’t liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help resolve issues.

5. Refunds + Returns

Refunds and returns are handled at our discretion.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item and will be issued to the original payment method. 6. Limited Warranty (for physical goods only)

We stand by our products. Physical goods are covered under a one-year limited warranty for defects in materials and craftsmanship. This doesn’t include damage from misuse, normal wear, or accidents. If there’s an issue, we’ll repair, replace, or refund — at our discretion.

Bar services are performed with professionalism and according to industry standards. If something goes wrong, reach out — we want to make it right.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bar on 3’s total liability for any product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for it. We aren’t responsible for loss of income, reputation, or any indirect or consequential damages. Some states don’t allow limitations like this — so your rights may vary.

All content and branding from Bar on 3 (photos, product names, logos, designs, etc.) is our intellectual property. You’re not allowed to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or use our stuff for anything other than personal, non-commercial enjoyment without our written consent.

10. Legal Stuff (Governing Law + Arbitration)

You also agree not to assign these terms to anyone else without our written consent. Both you and Bar on 3 agree to indemnify and defend each other against claims arising from breaches of this agreement.
